Property Cancellation Policy

Must cancel by 2pm 1 day prior to arrival.

A penalty of 1 day will apply if cancelled after 2pm 1 day prior to arrival.

NYE Period: Reservations arriving from 25/12/19 to 03/01/20 (inclusive) are non-refundable. No cancellations allowed.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card in the same name as the booking upon check-in.

Smoking is prohibited inside the Hotel building.

A $200 fine applies for smoking anywhere inside the building. Smoking is permitted on the balconies only.
